The executed customer agreement controls if any conflict exists between this summary and signed documents.
Roles
Customer acts as controller for customer personal data submitted to the service.
Nyth.me acts as processor, handling that data only on documented customer instructions and applicable law.
Sub-processors
Nyth.me may use vetted infrastructure and service providers to deliver hosting, storage, and related platform functions.
Sub-processor use is governed by written agreements with confidentiality and security obligations.
Security and incident notice
Nyth.me maintains technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk profile of processed data.
If a confirmed personal-data security incident affects customer data, customer contacts are notified consistent with legal and contractual obligations.
